I’m Shea. After 31 years in the trade and my own disappointing experiences buying website and advertising services, I started Solid Footings to offer clear expectations, visible work, and a product business owners understand.
The standards I bring to the work
Running a trade business has taught me the value of a clear scope, good communication, and following through. I want you to know what is being built, what it costs, and what you will own when it is finished.
Based in Arizona, I work entirely remotely with trade business owners across the country. We use email, online consultations, and website previews to keep the work easy to review.

Dispatch calendar, job screen, price book, invoices, card and check, texts, the whole office-to-truck loop. Built for plumbing and opened up to HVAC, electrical, garage doors, and appliance.
The project brings scheduling, job information, and payment workflows together around the needs of a service business.
My plumbing business
Belbrook Plumbing
Belbrook is my plumbing business. Running it has given me firsthand experience with the website and advertising decisions trade business owners face.
Shown here is Belbrook’s current live website. My experience as a business owner is what led me to start Solid Footings.
Arizona
Firebird
Firebird is a focused website project for water-heater services in Arizona. It organizes equipment and service information around the questions an owner has when arranging a repair or replacement.
Education
Plumbline Academy
A plumbing education platform in development. The current design brings focused study, exam preparation, and progress tracking into a clear learning workspace. Enrollment is not open yet.
Family company
Window Warriors
A window washing and exterior company in the family. They had a one-page builder site. It got replaced with town pages, service pages, job photos, and a form that emails the shop.
The project used the company’s existing domain. For new clients, we can also use an existing domain or help obtain one at a separately quoted cost.
